GDPR Compliance

Next week, I am interviewing Andrew Soodek, President/Founder at Secure Compliance Solutions LLC. We will be discussing the E.U.’s General Data Protection Regulations that are set to take effect May 25th, 2018. I will be discussing some of the challenges posed by the new 72 hour data breach reporting requirement imposed by GDPR. Failing to comply with these new regulations can result in a fine of 4% of global firm revenue, or 20 Million Euros, whichever is higher.
